DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

No Dialysis Experience Required – We Will Train You

What is a Clinical Coordinator at DaVita?

As a Clinical Coordinator (CC), you are the "Conductor of the Clinic." You are a Registered Nurse who leads from the front splitting your time between expert patient care and mentoring your team of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). You are the clinical authority on the floor, the primary advocate for your patients, and the right hand to the Facility Administrator.

  • Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 sign-on bonus is paid in three installments. The first payment is issued upon the successful completion of training, followed by two additional payments at Interval, e.g., 6 and 12 months of service.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license and CPR certification
  • 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
  • Charge RN readiness approval required
  • ADN required; BSN preferred
  • ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
  • CNN/CDN certification a plus
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
