We are excited to open our brand-new Tacoma clinic and are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our founding clinical team.

This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys procedural medicine, patient interaction, and advanced aesthetic technology. LaserAway provides comprehensive hands-on training in aesthetic treatments, making this an excellent opportunity for Nurse Practitioners transitioning from hospital-based roles or looking to expand their aesthetic expertise.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $70/hour base pay (~$145k–$150k annually)
  • $5/hour weekend differential
  • Performance incentives available
  • Consistent Sunday–Thursday schedule
  • Fridays and Saturdays off every week

What You’ll Do

  • Perform advanced aesthetic laser treatments including laser hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, and injectables
  • Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and long-term aesthetic goals
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow medical protocols
  • Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Primarily work out of the Tacoma clinic, with training and occasional support at nearby locations if needed

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner license
  • 1+ year of clinical experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or procedural environments preferred)
  • Interest in aesthetic medicine and patient-focused care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
