This location represents the relocation of our former Ipswich practice and is now situated at 376 Boston Street, offering a modern setting while continuing to serve the same community. Pay Range:

$250,000.00 USD - $290,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.

Work closely with other members of the member’s care team including their PCP, specialists, and other Devoted team members including pharmacy, clinical nursing, and social work as well as interfacing with family members and caregivers in order to coordinate care for the member and deliver a collaborative care plan. Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Hospital Medicine, provides daily evaluation and management to inpatients. This work will be in collaboration with the hospitalist service physician or surgical attending physician, and any physician specialists involved with each patient. The supervising physician of record will be one of the hospitalist physicians for purposes of establishing a collaboration agreement for licensure and prescribing status as well as periodic performance reviews. A second supervising physician may be established for surgical cases.
