Essential Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license valid in Washington State
  • Experience with trach care or comparable 1:1 pediatric nursing responsibilities in school or clinical environments
  • Comfortable working onsite within a school setting
  • Ability to adapt to various health room scenarios and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Float between general student health rooms and provide direct care as assigned
  • Deliver individualized care to a student with trach needs, monitoring and addressing needs promptly
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents
  • Document health services provided and maintain accurate records
  • Optionally, increase weekly hours through before- and after-school shifts
