Job Summary:

  • Under the leadership of the Unit Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and/or Charge Nurse, is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, assessing and providing nursing care according to the mission, philosophy, policy and procedures of Barstow Community Hospital.
  • Important dimensions of this position consist of demonstrating and communicating exceptional knowledge and skill through a high sense of responsibility for his/her practice.
