Job Summary

  • The registered nurse develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.
  • This position is working strictly in the N1 prep/recovery area and does not require on call or working in the invasive labs.

Education Requirements

 

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR - Certification in specialty by recognized accrediting agency OR enrolled in RN to BSN or RN to MSN program with minimum 6 credits completed within previous 12 months
  • Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.

 

Experience:

  • Must have RN experience

Certification and Licensure

 

  • PA Registered Nurse License

 

Reading's Cath Lab offers a structural heart program and rapidly growing electrophysiology program. Over 1,500 procedures are performed each year in the Cath Lab alone. Aortic valve and complex peripheral vascular procedures are offered.
