LPN Pay & Incentives
- $30.00 – $38.05/hour (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Per Diem: $30.44/hour
- Pay-in-Lieu of Benefits: Earn 10% more
- Gas Stipend: We help offset your commute

Flexible Scheduling Options
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekend-Only Positions Available (Days, Evenings, Nights)

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately (following the “5 rights”)
- Lead and support CNAs in delivering high-quality resident care
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing leadership
- Follow and implement care plans to ensure consistent, individualized care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation (MARs, treatment records, nursing notes)
- Ensure safe handling of medications, including controlled substances

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For (LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license in New York State
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric settings preferred
- Strong ability to lead and support CNAs and care teams
- Clear communication skills — both verbal and written
- A compassionate, respectful approach to resident care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Commitment to delivering care aligned with high clinical and regulatory standards
