Pay Progression:

  • $16/hr- Start as a Resident Care Assistant
  • $17/hr- After completing CNA training

Our Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) play an important role in the daily life of our residents. The primary purpose of this position is to provide residents with routine daily care and assisting with direct resident care duties and indirect resident care duties, as directed by the Charge Nurse or Certified Nursing Assistants.
