Licensed Nursing Assistant - Limited Service

Overview The Vermont Veterans' Home is currently recruiting LNAs to join a compassionate team dedicated to providing best in class care to our Country's Veterans, their spouses, and Gold Star Parents. We are dedicated to providing a professional and fun environment where staff may thrive and grow all while giving back to our Nations Heroes. Our staff provide person-centered, trauma informed care to residents with a wide range of physical and psychiatric disorders. We are currently seeking to fill three part-time, Limited Service positions on the Evening shift, 2pm to 10:30pm. These positions will be scheduled for 24 hours of work per week, and the schedule will include working every other weekend and holidays. Shift and/or weekend differentials will be applied to qualifying hours worked. The positions are eligible for benefits. This position involves patient care and treatment work at the aide level in a long-term care setting, working an assigned shift. Work assignments are performed under the direction of a Licensed Practical Nurse and/or Registered Nurse. In-service training courses are required, and staff are encouraged to pursue continuing education. Starting pay may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
