Monday- Friday Day-Shift Opportunity, with hours between 8 am-5 pm. This role will split time between infusion and the outpatient clinic setting.
What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, reflecting best practices and compliance with hospital standards.
  • Educate patients and their families with clear, timely, and supportive health information, complemented by written resources.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing care and service delivery.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies, including outside standard working hours.
  • Maintain required certifications and attend mandatory education and in-service programs.
What You Bring:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure in the State of Ohio
  • ACLS certification required
    • Commitment to continuous learning, including 24 hours of approved CE every two years (per Ohio Board of Nursing requirements).
    • Current American Heart Association BLS certification (mandatory).
    • Certification in chemotherapy and biotherapy (if applicable) obtained within six months of hire.
