Sampson Regional Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical Surgical Unit!


The selected applicant will assess patients, plan, implement, evaluate, and record professional nursing care given to patients as well as supervise and evaluate care administered by other members of the health care team.


Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • BLS, ACLS & PALS certification required.
  • No experience required if educational and licensure requirements are met.
  • Must be dependable, flexible and committed to providing outstanding patient care.

Must answer and respond to call lights promptly and courteously when working in Resident care areas. 14. Communicates and interacts effectively and tactfully with Residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors. 16. Attend and participate in departmental meetings and in-services. Supervisory Responsibility The ADON Assistant Director of Nursing directly supervises all Nursing staff including but not limited to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
