Position Summary

Advanced Practice Provider specializing in comprehensive women's health care, including the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and disorders affecting women such as abnormal uterine bleeding, enlarged fibroid uterus, infertility, and abnormal pap smears. This APP also provides care throughout adulthood including pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond.Responsibilities • Provide prenatal and postpartum care and support. • Conduct routine exams such as pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams • Consultation and treatment related to irregular menses, hormone disorders, fertility and family planning, sexual transmitted disease and menopausal related conditions. • Referral to other OB/GYN physicians and/or healthcare specialists for additional diagnosis, health related screenings, and further evaluation-based treatment. • Prescribe and administer medications or therapies to treat disease or injury. • Order radiologic imaging or labs as indicated. • Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Requirements • Completion of accredited NP, PA-C, or CNM program • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment • Must maintain active ARNP, PA-C, or CNM licensure throughout employment • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association. • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills. • Compassionate bedside manner and ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $163,000.00 - $171,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
