Concord Care Center of Sandusky is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON, RN) to lead clinical operations in our skilled nursing facility. We are an AIT-certified training site in Ohio, and this role is critical to maintaining our standing and developing future healthcare leaders.

Position Overview

As Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a strong clinical team while supporting our AIT (Administrator-in-Training) program requirements.

Required Qualifications (Strict Requirements)

  • Active RN license in the State of Ohio

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DON)

  • Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

  • Ability to support and maintain AIT training certification standards

Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
