RN Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Manage emergency situations promptly and professionally

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

RN Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Minimum 1 year of long-term care or rehabilitation experience

  • Current CPR certification

  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations

  • Commitment to person-centered, compassionate care

  • Ability to perform physical tasks required in a skilled nursing environment
