Manatawny Manor is looking for a Clinical Services Director (LPN), for our Personal Care & Memory Care Units.

The Clinical Services Director (LPN) is responsible for the intake and admissions of new Residents and overseeing the Medication Technicians & Patient Care Assistants. 

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check is required for employment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Clinicval Services Director (LPN) (include but are not limited to):

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of patient care services.

  • Ensure all medical records and other care-related documentation are up-to-date.

  • Oversee the department’s compliance with legal guidelines, policies, and quality standards.

  • Develop work schedules for all employees.

  • Aptitude for resolving administrative issues and conflicts.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CLINICAL SERVICES DIRECTOR (LPN):

  • Must have an active PA Licensed Practical Nurse License.

  • Previous experience required.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
