Rosemont Center is now hiring a weekend RN Supervisor who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:

  • Administrating treatments and documentation
  • Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
  • Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
  • Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:

  • Must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of PA
  • Minimum two years of experience is required

Promotes independent decision making and accountability. Evaluates existing programs and takes strategic approach to creative solutions and change. Promotes a climate for effective performance. Position Responsibilities: • Assists Nurse Director / Manager in overall manager/leadership responsibilities for assigned department. • Assist with coaching and counseling employees to maintain high performance standards, and provides input into performance evaluations. Delegates tasks as appropriate based upon patient need and staff qualifications. • Maintains day to day operations, including items such as bed flow; where applicable, patient rounding, collaborating with other departments, chart checks, and clinical support. Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required: 2 years recent clinical/cath lab experience required. Broad knowledge of nursing practice and ability to apply specific skills in nursing intervention. Competency in management and leadership skills. Required Education: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred in related field. Training/Certifications/Licensure: Current NJ RN license, BLS. Appropriate certification as required by specialty or regulatory agency. Annual Salary: $98,700 - $158,398 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
