Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
Medication Administration, including IVs.
Taking and recording vital signs.
Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.

Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

Unit Manager • Responsible for supervising, evaluating, counseling, and disciplining personnel on assigned units. • Responsible for ensuring continuity of care for 24 hours, 7 days a week.
