Responsibilities of the ADON Assistant Director of Nursing:

  • Provide the highest level of care to residents at our nursing home
  • Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals
  • Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
  • Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential
  • House/ Unit Supervisor M-F, weekend on call rotation

Qualifications of the ADON Assistant Director of Nursing:

  • Must be a Licensed Nurse in PA
  • Previous Unit Manager or ADON experience
  • Infection Prevention Certification. If not available, it needs to be obtain within 30days of employment
  • Responsible, ready, and eager to work
