About the Role

As an LPN PRN, you'll work on a per-diem basis, providing high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care setting. You'll be part of an incredible team that prioritizes personal and professional growth, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of restorative care principles and practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and outcomes

Requirements

• Current RN/LPN license in the state of IA
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Point Click Care experience is a plus
