Qualifications

Valid RN License in the State of Connecticut
One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required.
Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required.
COVID-19 Primary Series vaccination required. Booster shots are not required. Religious and Medical Exemptions are available
