Position Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct support to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assists nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
Serve meals and provide nourishment between meals
Ambulate, turn, and position residents safely
Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team
Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate care skills
