Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center in Bloomsburg, PA. The DON will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for inspiring and mentoring nursing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care

  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards

  • Recruit, hire, and retain qualified nursing staff
