We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Administrator to join our non-skilled homecare agency start-up.  Strong organizational skills will be essential as you manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and maintain effective documentation, all while fostering a positive team environment. As the Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s culture and driving its overall success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring full compliance with state regulations and policies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, motivating staff and encouraging teamwork.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by being available to meet business and client needs, including working outside typical hours when necessary.
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities to expand the agency’s reach and impact within the community.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the home care or medical field.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and leading a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of state policies and procedures related to homecare services.
