Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:

  • Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care
  • Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
  • Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus
  • Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in  New York
  • Current CPR certification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing Facility or Nursing Home experience 
  • Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
  • Onboarding Documents: A photo ID, a copy of your nursing license, social security card, and bank account are required for this role
