Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff during the 3 PM – 11 PM shift.
Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical decision-making.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
