As Director of Nursing (DON) you’ll be responsible for the leadership and management of the nursing department and partner with our Administrator to help drive the overall success of the facility.

The Director of Nursing (DON) will include maintaining standards of care in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care as well as attracting, developing and retaining top talent and supervising and training team members.

Required qualifications:

  • RN license in good standing with the state of OH

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • At least 2 years of experience as Director of Nursing (DON) in long-term care

  • Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills

  • Ability to implement programs, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care
