Responsibilities

  • Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff on pain management techniques and primary care practices.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the nursing facility setting.
  • Address any issues related to paitent care, ensuring appropriate treatment and support for patients.

Experience

  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in medical documentation practices is necessary for maintaining compliance standards.
