Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating)
Provide mobility support, including transferring residents safely using gait belts or mechanical lifts
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Document care provided using electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts as required
Follow infection control protocols and facility policies

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of TN
High school diploma or GED
CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting is a plus, but not required

Shift Availability

Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts available
12 hour shifts
Weekend and holiday rotation required
Flexible scheduling options
