Qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current unencumbered state license. Must be knowledgeable of nursing & medical practices & procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities. Experience in Long Term Care is preferred. Willing to take additional training or education, which specific states may require. CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Ability to be flexible and adaptable while handling multiple priorities. Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication. Competent in organizational and time management skills. Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
