Mountainview Healthcare Center is offering a rewarding opportunity for Registered Nurses (RNs) through our Baylor Program. Work just three 12-hour shifts each weekend (36 hours total) and receive full 40-hour pay plus benefits.

Shift Availability:

Weekend Baylor Program (Friday–Monday)
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours)
Paid as a full 40-hour workweek
Full-time weekend positions only

Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled and compassionate nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Supervise and support CNAs and other staff members
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
Ensure compliance with nursing policies, standards, and regulations

Requirements:

Active PA RN license in good standing
Long-term care or subacute experience preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
Dedication to quality resident care
