Position Summary: As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will provide direct care and assistance, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities for Caregivers:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
  • Supporting residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Documenting care provided and reporting changes in residents' conditions.

Qualifications for Caregivers:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates.
  • Compassion and a genuine desire to help seniors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
