Job Summary: Provides nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse of physician/advanced practice provider. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider provides nursing care in accordance with the legal scope of practice and within established standards of care, policies, and procedures. Essential Responsibilities: Exhibits excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, providers, and co-workers; shows courtesy, compassion, and respect; conforms to the critical service standards established for the department. Provides therapeutic patient care in accordance with the patients established by physician/advanced practice providers and/or a registered nurse within the scope of practice. Transcribes physician/advanced practice providers orders and directed by policy.
