We are seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our outstanding team of caregivers!

Position Overview

As an LPN or RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will assess, monitor, and support residents’ health needs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized, comprehensive care. RNs will assume additional responsibilities related to clinical oversight, assessments, and leadership within the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities (LPN & RN)

  • Assist in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of residents’ conditions; RNs will perform and oversee comprehensive assessments.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects or complications.

  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Provide essential nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with activities of daily living.

  • Educate residents and families on health management, wellness practices, and discharge planning as appropriate.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and resident progress.

  • Uphold infection control standards and maintain a safe, clean environment.

  • Participate in staff meetings, ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • RNs may supervise LPNs, STNAs, and other team members as needed.

Qualifications

For LPNs:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in [State]

  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program

For RNs:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State]

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Preferred for Both:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or long-term care

  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
