As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in our team's success. We are seeking experienced Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs to join our Nightshift team.

Position Summary:
As a Countryside Manor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that promotes professional growth and development. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents under the direction and supervision of a RN/LPN. This position reports to our Director of Nursing.

Essential Functions of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers

  • Assist in daily care of residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living

  • Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident's personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) certification required

  • Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents
