Louisville Gardens in Louisville, OH is growing — and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

We are expanding our services and hiring CNAs to support residents in:

• Our New Dementia Unit
• Our New Ventilator Unit
• Our Long-Term Care Community

 

CNAs will be expected to work in all units as needed to support resident care and ensure strong teamwork across the building. Cross-training will be provided.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence

  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to licensed nursing staff

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment

  • Support specialized care needs within Dementia, Vent, and Long-Term Care units

  • Float between units as needed to meet staffing and resident care needs

     

Qualifications:

  • Active Ohio CNA certification required

  • Long-term care experience preferred

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to work in multiple units
