The Enclave at Cambridge is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. This LPN position plays a key role in providing quality nursing care to residents in our long-term care community.

Our LPNs work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive safe, attentive, and compassionate care.

LPN Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Enclave at Cambridge, you will:

• Provide direct resident care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
• Document nursing care accurately in the medical record
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians
• Follow infection control and facility policies
• Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being

LPN Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience as an LPN in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living is preferred but not required.
