Provides detailed handoff report to the receiving nurse and ensures needs are addressed prior to leaving the room. 7. Participates in MDR and /or staff meetings to gain guidance if priority of discharges/admissions or both. Works closely throughout the day with the charge nurse, keeping informed of any changes. 8.
