Job Summary:
Join our dynamic Nursing Department at Phoenix as a full-time LPN on the AM shift! In this vital role, you’ll provide safe and therapeutic patient care, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with established policies and procedures. As a valued member of our team, you’ll help create a supportive and healing environment for individuals in need—where your skills, compassion, and dedication have a real impact every day.
Scheduled Shift: Overnight (Noc) Shift
Job Qualifications:
Current LPN licensure
New Grads are welcome to apply
A Level One Fingerprint Card is required
Current BLS for Healthcare Provider card
Minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience required
CPI Certification required within 30 days of hire
Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute psychiatric inpatient setting preferred
Job-Specific Responsibilities:
Observe, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions promptly and accurately
Monitor safety within the therapeutic milieu and actively assist in managing crisis situations, including assaultive patients
Assist in the admission process, including comprehensive data collection and orienting new patients to the unit and program
Document relevant patient interactions, collected data, and responses to therapeutic interventions in medical records
Collaborate closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate individualized care plans

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CHLB/Glendora Hospital roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CHLB/Glendora Hospital in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
