Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Intake Registered Nurse at College Medical Center Phoenix, where your expertise will make a meaningful impact every day. Effectively screens patients for medical considerations to determine appropriate disposition. Completes a comprehensive physical evaluation on all assigned patients in a systematic manner to determine the need and type of care and treatment required. Accurately completes physical evaluations and medication reconciliations within a reasonable time frame. Collaborates effectively with Nursing Administration to determine current and accurate bed status. Consults with other departments and/or agencies, as appropriate, to provide an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Performs specific related duties as directed by the Director of Intake, Intake Clinical Manager, or Hospital CEO. Maintains the confidentiality and security of all hospital, medical staff, and patient-related data and information. Shift Schedule: Shift Per Diem Qualifications: Completion of an RN program with ADN or BSN degree A Level One Fingerprint Card is required.
