Job Summary: Launch your nursing career with our New Graduate Nurse Program at College Medical Center Phoenix. We’re seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are excited to grow their skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of adult and geriatric behavioral health patients. In this supportive, team-oriented program, you’ll build a strong clinical foundation as you learn to complete patient assessments, contribute to individualized care plans, and promote safety and therapeutic healing on the unit. You’ll be welcomed into a respectful environment that values collaboration, flexibility, and the autonomy to develop your knowledge and confidence. Shift Schedule: Day or Night (Noc) Shift New grads are encouraged to apply. We are currently building a structured 2-month training program designed to help new graduate RNs and LPNs feel confident practicing independently.
