Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Seniors Helping Seniors Central Oklahoma. Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical care and companionship to seniors in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Facilitate socialization and engagement through recreational activities, outings, and conversations
Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
Maintain a safe and clean living environment
Collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive care and support
Document client progress and provide reports to the care management team

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
** Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)**
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving capacity (not required, but preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays

Work Environment:

In-home care settings, providing one-on-one support to seniors in their own homes
Part-Time schedule, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs
