This position is ideal for clinicians who are reliable, communicate well, and complete visits without constant supervision.

Compensation (Per Visit)

Skilled Nursing Visit: $40 – $50

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision
Perform wound care, medication management, and patient education
Accurately document visits and report changes in condition
Follow established care plans and clinical direction
