About the Role:

  • As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

  • You will work closely with our nursing team to deliver comprehensive care services, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and providing emotional support.

  • You will also maintain accurate records, report changes in resident status to the nursing team, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, walking, and using the bathroom.

  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing team.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and services.

  • Participate in team meetings and care conferences to discuss resident care plans and progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri.

  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 25 pounds.
