This role works closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily nursing operations and clinical oversight
Assist with survey readiness and compliance (IDPH, CMS)
Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
Monitor documentation, audits, and care plan accuracy
Help manage staffing, scheduling, and call-offs
Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license required
