Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor and report changes in client condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate daily care documentation
Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment
Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and families
Follow all company policies and HIPAA compliance guidelines

Qualifications

Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a home care environment
No experience required – paid training provided
PCA or HHA certification (preferred, but not required)
