Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of resident care plans
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and/or physician

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

Current and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nursing or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
