Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by the supervising physician

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse

  • Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in the field

Shift and Schedule:

  • 12-hour full-time night shifts (including rotating weekends)

  • Part-time weekend shifts available

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting hourly rate: $27.50hr & up

  • *Up to $3/hour shift differential available

Requirements:

  • Current and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
