Job Summary:

As a Traveling Certified Nursing Assitant with Promed Staffing Resources, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings and locations, while receiving competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and conduct rounds as needed

  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

  • Current (CNA) license in the state of IA

  • 2years of experience as a CNA

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed

  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software
