As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in assisting with the administration of medications to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff.

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration

  • Monitor and report any adverse reactions or concerns related to medication administration

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs monitoring

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and team members

  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements:

  • Current certification and good standing license as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed
