Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

  • Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

  • Provide basic care and hygiene services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and perform light housekeeping duties

  • Participate in care planning and communicate with interdisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements:

  • Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric setting preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
