Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, a premier resident-focused care provider, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our skilled nursing facility team in Jonesburg, MO.

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will be responsible for assisting with the administration of medications to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration

  • Monitor and report any adverse reactions or concerns related to medication administration

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs monitoring

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and team members

  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements:

  • Current certification and good standing license as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed
