Responsibilities:

Administer medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Monitor and document the effectiveness of medications and report any adverse reactions
Assist with vital sign checks, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident-centered care

Requirements:

Certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
