Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care services to our residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure timely interventions and quality care

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other team members

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance, as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
