Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare in Conover, NC. As an RN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people, spanning all ages and abilities. You will be responsible for assessing clients and making recommendations for care planning, providing reliable care as a professional RN, and establishing communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans

  • Perform PRN supervisory visits to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction

  • Provide guidance and support to caregivers on care plans and expectations

  • Assist with caregiver training and skill validation (non-medical scope)

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and internal team members

  • Ensure all services remain within non-medical home care guidelines

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina

  • Experience in home care, senior care, or related field preferred

  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Oncology experience preferred.
